Thank you for taking the time to vote in the upcoming week on this important issue.

We need 2/3rds of the community to vote yes for this to pass. There are 91 lots in the Polo Club.  A 2/3 vote requirement means we must have 61 “yes” votes for the proposal to pass. If you do not vote, you will be counted as a NO. So please vote.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Kirby Walls (Kirby Walls Custom Builders) would like to add 7.5 acres of property, divided into 5 lots along Unbridled, to the Polo Club.  If added to the Polo Club HOA, that property will only be used to build custom homes on 1.5 acre lots that conform to Polo Club requirements. 

This property is currently unrestricted and could be used for any purpose, including commercial.
