Where do I get a new gate code and / or opener?

If you are new to the neighborhood and need to request a new gate code and opener, please email Melissa.horst@associa.us or call the main office at (512) 328-6100.

Please use the same email and number if you need to request a new gate fob or change your code.

Where do I get a fishing badge?

How do I join the Facebook page?

You must be a resident to join our private Facebook page.

If you would like to join, please send a request here.

How do I find my account number so I can log into Town Sq?

If you are new to the neighborhood and need an account number, please contact onboarding@townsq.io

How often are Board Meetings?

How do I join them?

Board meetings are the last Monday of every month at 5:30.

They are conducted via Zoom.

Notices are posted on the Polo Club Facebook page, Town Square and sent out by Associa via email and posted at the glass kiosk by the mailboxes.

How do I know what's going on with projects and in our community?

The best way to know what's going on in our community is to attend the monthly Board meetings, which are the last Monday of every month at 5:30pm, via zoom. There, we discuss the latest projects and welcome neighbor input, suggests or complaints.

You can also join our private Facebook page here which posts most news and happenings.

What do I do if the gate is stuck and won't open? Or if it's just broken?

The best way thing to do is to contact a member of the Board.

Luke Brenner is Chair of the Infrastructure committee and should be able to help. You can also make a post on our Facebook page.

What if I find a lost or wounded animal?

First, if you see an animal that looks lost or you don't recognize, you can take a picture and post it on our Facebook page with the info where and when you saw it.  

 

If you find an animal that needs help, you can call Beth McConnell.  You can find her contact info on the Board Info page.

 

This does not apply for dead animals.
